EVE is located in Ras Al Khaimah International Corporate Centre, United Arab Emirates, and complies with the privacy rules in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and applicable laws, including, but not limited to, Regulation (EC) 2016/679 ("GDPR"). We are committed to protecting your privacy online. We appreciate that you do not want the personal information you provide to us to be distributed indiscriminately. We explain here how we collect information, what we use it for and what controls you have. By using the Sites, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or if we believe that such action is necessary to prevent fraud or cybercrime or to protect the site, the rights, property or personal safety of any person.


    Our platform is not intended for persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal data from such persons. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will take steps to delete that information from our database.


    The site may, from time to time, contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for their privacy policies or their content.


    If you wish, you may use social media plug-ins from various social media platforms to share your interest in our site or the content you view on the site. The servers of the corresponding social media platform will connect to the Site. Your browser will recognize that you are visiting the Sites and if you are a registered user of those social media platforms, and you are logged into those accounts when accessing our Site, the information will be shared with your personal account on the social network.


    The payment information you provide will be encrypted (using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology) before being transmitted to us over the Internet. Payments made on the site are validated through the gateways of our payment providers. You will provide credit or debit card information directly to these sites, which operate a secure server to process payment information. These sites encrypt your credit/debit card information and authorize the payment. The information you provide to these sites is not under our control and is subject to their own privacy policies and terms of use.


    The security of all personally identifiable information associated with our users is important to us.
